Pho sure

I can't eat pho without making 1,000 puns. It's just the way it is. Pho real. Today, I had take-out pho for the very first time. I had no idea it would come all sorted out and lovely like this -- the rice noodles and everything else separate. How organized and adorable!

I am hoping that pho is healing. I hear it is. It's like chicken noodle soup but with more goodies in it. Yes to bean sprouts, basil, onions and some Sriracha sauce. Yum. This pho was from a new spot in our town. It's a tiny hole in the wall next to a gas station. It's called "Thai Pho Bar and Grille" and has karaoke, burgers and beer as well as pho and Thai food. Very fun.

This looks delicious! Hahaww I love how cute and organized it is too. It seems like hole-in-the-wall places often have the best food.

I've never had pho. Do you mix it all together and add a bit of water to it?
Hope you get to feeling better real quick.
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. :)

Hi dear! It looks nice. Phở is Vietnamese traditional beef noodle soup but it is nice with chicken as well.
Most Asian restaurants in western countries carter Thai-Vietnamese together, Korean-Japanese together..
If you go to Thai restaurants, make sure you taste Tom-yum soup, it's the most famous soup of Thailand.
Enjoy!

That pho looks incredible...pho realz ;) I want to come have dinner with you! Isn't it fun finding special little hole-in-the-wall places that serve excellent food like that? There's a Thai place (they don't even speak English) near my house that has pad Thai out of this world!

I've never had Pho, the UK is really behind on proper Asain food, we're still all about the sweet and sour chicken balls. I have to go to London to buy proper ingredients. Looks bloody delicious!
