Here's a nice little print-heavy outfit I wore to go to IHOP with my little family. The last time I went to IHOP (the International House of Pancakes) was the morning before I went into labor. I had a HUGE craving for pancakes. I guess I was carbo-loading.
It was our first time going out and then going inside somewhere with Thomas. Previously, we've eaten out, but only at restaurants with outdoor seating. We didn't want our fragile, tiny baby to get sick by being in an enclosed area with lots of people! But guess what? Our fragile, tiny baby had his two-month appointment, and he is actually huge. Huge! He is the 95th percentile for both height and weight.
I wasn't actually that surprised by the news. My tiny baby who used to swim in newborn onesies now fits in six months onesies quite comfortably. Things change so fast! Also: That is our diaper bag complete with monkeys and polka-dots. Oh yes! I am very excited about it.
I love this dress, but I've never worn it without a cardigan because of its open back. But recently I bought a cute polka-dot bralette kind of thing, and I think it works really well with this dress. A girl's gotta look her best for pancakes!

I adore that dress! it's one of my favourites! the back detail is gorgeous too! I hope you had many lovely pancakes, mmmmmmm pancakes! and wow! Baby Thomas is growing fast! x x x
That alphabet dress is still so awesome. Speaking of carbs, I made cornbread-in-a-mug for lunch today. With tons of butter and honey, it was delicious.
Do the letters on the dress spell out pancakes?!
Wonderful to hear that Thomas is growing and filling out those onesies so well!

awesome dress, I love the prints and the cardigan is good, especially if it gets chilly later.
Gorgeous dress! <3
That dress is killer gorgeous!!! Swooning over the print and cutout back. And IHOP...and I head over heels for their breakfast crepes, yum!!
OMG that dress. I love it! I want one! All diaper bags should aspire to have polka dots and monkeys, I say. How cool that Thomas has grown so much! He's gonna be a big guy!
