North Carolina has had two white Christmases since I've lived here, but I still associate snow with Christmas. It is because of all the great Christmas movies including "The Snowman" are absolutely filled with it, and it just seems so magical... as seen here:

I couldn't watch your video, it's not available for viewing in my country, but I have seen The Snowman many times. It's a firm favourite. Aled Jones who sang 'Walking in the Air' lives just up the road :)
Just watched Arthur Christmas and there was plenty of snow in that too, as well as elves and Santa's!

I grew up in Montana where it is just snowy snowy snowy. Now I live in California where it is just sunny sunny sunny. Most people think I'm a little crazy but I prefer the snow! Isn't The Snowman sweet?

I adore The Snowman. A group of friends and I in Nashville began a holiday ritual of watching The Snowman. I love the soundtrack and the quiet beauty of the animation.
